Book Reviews
Pretty much what it says on the tin... a few book reviews, mostly bad/mediocre ones because it's fun to rip into a book. There will be a spoiler-free section and then parts with spoilers clearly marked so you can avoid those if you want. Or maybe not, depends on how much effort/if spoiling the book actually matters.
The books
- Primary Suspect (Laura Scott)
- Regina's Song (David and Leigh Eddings)
- Twilight (Stephanie Meyer)
- A Fistful of Sky and The Thread that Binds the Bones (Nina Kiriki Hoffman)
- Her Majesty's Wizard (Christopher Stasheff)
- Unbinding (Eileen Wilks)
A few short-form one-sentence reviews
- The Well of Ascension by Brandon Sanderson: An incredible slog to get through but worth it at least once for the climax and the leadup to the last book of the series.
- The entire Girl Meets Duke series by Tessa Dare: Regency romance fluff with not a lot of deep-thinking substance but a lot of heart.
